Drew Rosenhaus has been an icon in the NFL representation industry and continues to be a force after inking two players who are bound for big contracts in 2018. According to Forbes, Rosenhaus Sports has negotiated nearly $800 million in active NFL player contracts. Some of the stars Rosenhaus represents include Antonio Brown, Rob Gronkowski and T.Y. Hilton among many others.
University of Texas’ top offensive lineman, Connor Williams, has signed with Rosenhaus Sports and will be represented by both Drew Rosenhaus and Ryan Matha in the 2018 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-5, 320 pound Left Tackle will forego his senior season and the Longhorns’ bowl game in order to begin preparing for the Draft. Per an article from Sports Illustrated, some NFL personnel consider Williams this year’s top offensive tackle prospect.
Indianapolis Colts cornerback Rashaan Melvin has also signed with Drew Rosenhaus, making a change in his current representation. Melvin will be an unrestricted free agent in 2018 after having a breakout season with the Colts. After a brief stint with the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots, he signed a two-year contract with the Colts for $1.45 million. In 2017, Melvin has 36 combined tackles, 13 pass deflections, and 3 interceptions with one game to play. He is anticipating a big pay day in 2018. The Colts have the third most cap space in the league which gives them plenty of cash to give Melvin a new deal after his breakout season.
